EBC 2017, Ljubljana

This year’s congress of the European Brewery Convention (EBC) took place from May 14 – 18, 2017 in Ljubljana/Slovenia. On this occasion a wide variety of the latest subjects in the brewing and beverage industry was discussed and shared among new and old acquaintancies. Once again DAUSCH Technologies presented a poster, this time showing interesting results with regard to multivariant evaluations of ring analyses carried out between 2008 and 2016.

News about the Science Center Weihenstephan

In issue 9-10, 2016 of the Brauwelt under section ‚News about the Science Center Weihenstephan‘ a summary of the master thesis by Betina Kessler in cooperation with Dausch Technologies was published. Subject of the thesis was the ‚Spectroscopic multicomponent analysis of energy drinks.‘
