Your future area of responsibility includes the following areas:

• Responsibility for our complex software over the entire life cycle, new developments and creation of new system features in operation up to commissioning at the customer's site.
• Development of PLC controls and PC-based SCADA solutions and implementation of the entire software architecture of our process analysis systems
• Interface programming to further systems and platforms (web-based IoT application), connection to higher-level SQL databases
• Support for the expansion of our quality management system (software maintenance and software versioning)
• Implementation of projects in the pharmaceutical industry according to GMP guidelines.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in engineering or computer science
• Experience in the field of control and PLC programming (knowledge of Siemens automation technology is helpful: Siemens Simatic S7, TIA Portal, WINCC)
• Confident handling of control technology, digital bus systems and communication protocols
• General knowledge of SQL databases is desirable.
• Strong code-based programming experience (C and Visual Basic knowledge desirable)
• Ideally experience in project management
• Good technical English and no inhibitions about speaking English
• Experience in implementing pharma specific requirements (GMP, 21CFR11 etc.) rounds out your profile.
• Interest in DIY projects and experience with R, Python, Linux we like to see.
