Mixtures of cola with whiskey or rum, vodka with lemon, various spritz
variants or sparkling wine with different fruit juices are booming. Consumers
want to enjoy the taste of cocktails, but don't want to mix them themselves.
For the bottlers, the ethanol content in the drink must of course be exactly
right: Liquiguard Gen3 RTD measures the ready-mixed drink inline before it is
sent to the filler. Syrupguard Gen3 RTD determines in detail the syrup with all
its ingredients, including the alcohol, before it is mixed with water to form
the finished beverage. A representative sample is automatically fed from the
batch tank to the measuring system and measured. All lines are cleaned with
fresh water in between so that the alcohol content and all ingredients are
always perfectly measured. The measuring system and the sampling system are
fully automated and integrated into the CIP process. Syrupguard Gen3 RTD
determines the exact alcohol measurement value and all ingredients within 2
minutes.
