The steps in the recruiting process

2. Upon receipt of your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt.
3. We will first collect all applications we receive by a certain date and then review them comprehensively. If, after reviewing the documents, we are convinced by your application, we will invite you in a first step to an approximately 1-hour get-to-know-you interview via the web. This opportunity will of course also give you the chance to ask further questions about the advertised position and our company.
4. If both parties continue to show interest after this initial web interview, we will invite you to a personal interview at our offices in Landau. After this interview we will inform you about our decision.
